Learn how to Mind Map using Free Software!

25 October 2008 No Comment

freemindlogo-2551Mind Mapping has revolutionized the way people think, manage, remember and manage. It has also awakened the creative side of previously dull, linear people.

On this site you will not only learn how to Mind Map, but also learn how to apply it using free software.

We will be using FreeMind, an open source application, to teach you the principles of Mind Mapping. After teaching Mind Mapping for many years, we now feel that FreeMind is mature enough to teach the principles developed by the inventor of Mind Mapping, Tony Buzan. While is does not conform to all his principles, it allows you to explore the concepts.

By being able to explore the concepts easily, the software allows you to experiment, which was not as easy before when only pen and paper were used.

Instructions will follow on how to use the software, but if you simply can’t wait, have a look at FreeMind’s Website.

Their site can be overwhelming, but I’m sure you will be keen to have a look at our methods, which are easy to learn, simple to use and produce fast results!

Good luck in your quest.

P.S. While we will be using FreeMind to teach you the principles of Mind Mapping, we don’t support the product technically. Any issues will have to be resolved by the referring to the relevant forums.
