3D Mind Mapping with iMindMap 5

Using Mind Maps has never been this much fun!

iMindMap is the only Mind Mapping Software officially endorsed by Tony Buzan, the inventor of Mind Maps.

I’ve just downloaded the latest version, iMindMap 5, and the feature that stood out the most for me is the 3D Mind Map capabilities.

Unless you’ve been living on another planet, you will know that 3D movies are the latest craze, making a comeback after many dormant years.

Don’t worry, you won’t need special 3D glasses to view the 3D Mind Maps created with iMindMap 5. All you have to do is click the 3D button and you immediately have a 3D Mind Map for a greater visual experience.

Once the Mind Map has been converted to 3D, you are presented with a ‘smart-phone’ style control that will enable you to rotate and tilt the Mind Map.

All this is well and good, but whether this is just a lovely toy, or something I would use in a professional environment remains to be seen.
